Who we are
Waresify is being set up as a company and is not registered yet. Until it is, the person responsible for your data (the controller) is Dominik Hurcik, trading as Waresify. You can reach us at hello@waresify.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we receive:
- your email address,
- the time you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address you confirmed from, which our email provider records as proof of your consent,
- whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked.
Browsing this website does not collect anything about you. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics or third-party scripts, and our web server does not log visits.
Why we use it and on what basis

We never sell your address or use it for anything other than the above.
Who processes it
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the waitlist and sends our emails under a data processing agreement. Brevo keeps the data in the European Union. Our website is hosted on a server in the European Union. We do not transfer your data outside the EU.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@waresify.com. Withdrawing does not affect emails we sent before.
Right to object. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds that override your interests.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or the authority where you live.
Changes
When Waresify is registered as a company we will update this notice with its details and tell people on the waitlist by email.
