The 3D preview flies into the small parts shelving zone, back out, then into pallet storage, where hovering a pallet shows its location, item and quantity.

Draw the warehouse once. Every location follows.

Lay out zones, racks, roads and dock gates on a canvas drawn to scale. Waresify generates the storage locations from the racks you place. Switch to 3D to fly through the aisles and see which slots hold stock.

  • Pallet racks, shelving and bulk areas, drawn to the metre
  • Duplicate a rack row and its positions are created for you
  • 3D preview with full and empty slots, plus a walk mode
  • Import your CAD drawing, PDF or floor plan image to draw on
  • Every saved layout is a revision you can look back at
Warehouse blueprint
Selecting a pallet rack row in the 2D layout builder and duplicating it; the positions count goes from 455 to 495.

Set the walk order. See the metres before you save.

Choose how pickers move through each zone: serpentine, one direction, reverse, or your own order. Waresify draws the route on the floor plan and estimates the walking distance per sweep. Pick tasks follow the route you save.

  • Zone order first, then a route per zone
  • Serpentine, same direction, reverse or custom
  • Route map with numbered visit order before you save
  • Pick-face levels decide which slots are picked from
Pick path
Switching the pallet storage route from same direction to serpentine; the estimate drops from about 407 m to 238 m per sweep.

No scanner fleet? Run the floor from a desktop.

Every worker workflow has a browser screen next to the phone app. Each step is one input that submits on Enter, so a worker can type the code off a label or use a USB barcode scanner. Both call the same backend as the app.

  • Receive, putaway, pick, transfer, replenish, load and count
  • Works with typing or a keyboard wedge barcode scanner
  • Supplier barcodes or labels Waresify generates
  • The server rejects a pick without the location and LP scans
Browser terminal
A worker gets the next pick task, scans the location and the license plate, and confirms the quantity in the browser terminal.

Scan, scan, confirm. On iOS and Android.

Workers get a task queue and a guided screen per task. Scan the location, scan the license plate, confirm the quantity. The phone camera works as the scanner on every plan, and hardware scanners are supported on Professional and Enterprise.

  • Native apps for iPhone and Android phones
  • Camera barcode scanning on every plan
  • Hardware scanners on Professional and Enterprise
  • Same steps and rules as the browser terminal
Scanner app
Animation of the scanner app pick flow: open the task, scan the location label, scan the license plate, confirm the pick.

See the floor from your desk.

The operations dashboard shows blocked tasks, quality holds, approvals waiting and active workers at the top, then the task pipeline by type and what each worker did last. It refreshes on its own every 30 seconds.

  • Task pipeline: pending, assigned, in progress, blocked, done
  • Worker activity with the current task
  • Open exceptions and approvals in one place
  • Export any panel to CSV
Dashboards
Scrolling the operations dashboard: headline counters, task pipeline, exceptions and worker activity.

Ask your stock a question.

Waylay answers questions about stock balances, purchase orders and sales orders from your own warehouse data. It shows which records it looked up, and it is read-only: it never changes an order or a stock level.

  • Plain-language questions about items, stock and orders
  • Each answer lists the records it used
  • Read-only, it cannot change data
  • Respects each user's permissions
Waylay assistant
Waylay answering how much oat drink is in stock and when each lot expires.

Stock numbers you can trust

Scans, not taps

A worker confirms a task by scanning the location and the license plate. The server rejects a pick or putaway that skips a scan.

Every move on the ledger

Each receipt, pick, transfer and adjustment writes a stock movement that is never edited afterwards. Balances come from the ledger.

A second pair of eyes

With approvals switched on, every stock adjustment waits for a supervisor. Overrides are logged with who made them.

From empty account to first pick

  1. Draw the warehouse

Zones, racks and docks on the blueprint canvas. Locations are generated from the racks.

  2. Import your items

Upload a CSV with SKUs, units and barcodes. The preview flags bad rows before anything is written.

  3. Switch on modules

Lot tracking, replenishment, cycle counting, approvals and more. Only what you switch on shows up.

  4. Invite the team

Supervisors on the web app, workers on the scanner app or the browser terminal.

Start with the core. Add modules when you need them.

Receiving, putaway, picking, transfers, loading and counting are in every plan. Modules switch on per account, so you only see the screens you use. Three plans, Core, Professional and Enterprise. Prices are announced before launch, and more modules follow after it.

Built by people who know the floor

Waresify comes from two kinds of experience: years on the warehouse floor and designing warehouse systems, and years building apps. That is why a worker can run a pick from a phone, a hand scanner or a plain desktop.

Questions people ask

When does Waresify launch?

The launch is planned for mid-2027. People on the waitlist hear first when early access opens.

Where is Waresify available?

Waresify launches in the EU first. Availability outside the EU is planned for later.

Where is our data stored?

All customer data is stored and processed in the EU, in data centres in Frankfurt, Germany.

Will there be more modules?

Yes. More modules will follow after launch. Which ones and when is still to be announced.

What will it cost?

Waresify is a subscription with three plans: Core, Professional and Enterprise. Prices are announced before launch.

Do I need handheld scanners?

No. Workers can use the browser terminal on any computer, typing codes or using a USB barcode scanner, or the iOS and Android app with the phone camera.

Is Waresify for third-party logistics (3PL) providers?

No. It is built for companies that run their own warehouse and ship their own stock.

Does it connect to my ERP?

Waresify can send stock movements and order updates to your ERP through a REST webhook connector, and take purchase and sales orders in from it.

Can we set it up ourselves?

Yes. The guided setup takes you through drawing the warehouse, importing items from a CSV file, switching on modules and inviting the team.
