Customer Portal
The customer portal gives contacts at your customers their own login to follow their sales orders, order lines and shipments, and to view or download proof of delivery. It is read only, and portal users do not count as seats on your plan.

How the customer portal works
A tenant admin or supervisor invites a contact at one customer. That contact logs in and sees only their own company's orders.
The portal lists orders newest first, with order lines, quantities shipped and the shipments that carried them.
Proof of delivery in the portal
With the proof of delivery module on, the customer can view the delivery confirmation for each order and download it as a PDF.
Can customers see stock levels?
No. Waresify is built for single-company warehouses where you own all the stock, so customers have no inventory of their own to look at. The portal shows orders and deliveries.
Questions
Do portal users take up seats?
No. Portal users are separate from warehouse users and never consume a seat.
Can customers change orders in the portal?
No. The customer portal is read only.
Which plan includes the customer portal?
The customer portal is in the Professional tier, so the Professional and Enterprise plans include it. Pricing is announced before launch.
