Supplier Portal
The supplier portal gives contacts at your suppliers their own login to see the open purchase orders placed with them and submit advance ship notices against those orders. A supervisor confirms each submitted ASN before Waresify pre-builds the expected license plates.

How the supplier portal works
A tenant admin or supervisor invites a contact at one supplier. That contact sees open purchase orders with their lines, expected quantities and received quantities.
Portal users are separate from warehouse users and do not take up seats.
How suppliers submit an ASN
With the ASN module on, the supplier submits an ASN against an open purchase order. It lists each pallet or carton by its barcode, with the PO line, quantity, and lot and expiry date for lot-tracked items.
The supplier can edit or cancel the ASN until a supervisor confirms the expected delivery. Quantities above the open PO quantity follow your over-receiving policy: block, warn and allow, or allow.
Questions
What about suppliers who send ASNs by EDI?
They keep sending ASNs through the integration layer. EDI stays outside the portal.
Does a supplier-submitted ASN go straight into receiving?
No. A supervisor reviews it and confirms the expected delivery first.
Which plan includes the supplier portal?
The supplier portal is in the Professional tier, so the Professional and Enterprise plans include it. Pricing is announced before launch.
