Industries

Waresify is built for companies that run their own warehouse and ship their own stock. These pages show which modules matter most in each industry.

  • Food and beverage

Food and beverage warehouses need to know which batch went where and ship the stock that expires first. Waresify records the lot and expiry date at receipt, picks the earliest-expiring lot first, records actual weights for products sold by the kilogram, and can freeze a whole lot while it is inspected.

  • Wholesale distribution

Wholesale distributors buy in pallets and sell in cases and eaches. Waresify holds one item in several units of measure, picks whole pallets when an order takes everything on one, moves stock that is already sold straight to outbound, and confirms delivery with the customer by email.

  • Ecommerce brands

Ecommerce brands that run their own warehouse ship many small orders against daily cut-offs and take a steady flow of returns. Waresify tracks a ship-by time on every order, grades returns and decides what goes back to stock, builds kits and bundles, and keeps pick faces filled before pickers reach them.

  • Electronics and spare parts

Electronics and spare parts are often tracked one unit at a time. Waresify records each serial number from receipt to shipment, keeps the record after the unit leaves, checks returned units against what was shipped, and lets a supervisor hold any plate or lot for inspection.

  • Chemicals and industrial supplies

Warehouses that store chemicals must keep incompatible goods apart and show workers the protection they need. Waresify attaches UN hazard classes to items, checks your segregation rules at putaway and picking, shows the required PPE before the first scan, and tracks lots for batch traceability.
