Warehouse management for ecommerce brands

Ecommerce brands that run their own warehouse ship many small orders against daily cut-offs and take a steady flow of returns. Waresify tracks a ship-by time on every order, grades returns and decides what goes back to stock, builds kits and bundles, and keeps pick faces filled before pickers reach them.

Shipping before the cut-off

SLA management gives each order a ship-by time from your ERP or from your own rules. As a deadline nears, Waresify raises the task priority and alerts the supervisor, and it records whether each order shipped on time.

Returns that go back on the shelf

A return order is received like a purchase order in reverse. Workers grade the condition of each line, and each grade has a default outcome: restock, inspect, quarantine, write off or return to the supplier.

Bundles and gift sets

Kitting turns one order line for a kit into component picks and an assembly task. Kits can be built to order or built to stock ahead of a campaign, and taken apart again later.

How orders arrive

Waresify takes sales orders from your ERP through its REST connector and sends stock movements and order updates back.

Modules that matter most

  • SLA & Wave Management Professional plan and up

SLA management gives sales orders a ship-by time, from your ERP or from rules you set. Waresify checks open orders on a timer, raises task priority and alerts the supervisor as a deadline nears, and records whether each order shipped on time.

  • Returns Inbound Core plan and up

Returns inbound handles goods coming back from customers. A return order works like a purchase order in reverse: workers receive against it, grade the condition of each line, and a supervisor confirms whether each item is restocked, inspected, quarantined, written off or returned to the supplier.

  • Kitting & Assembly Professional plan and up

Kitting lets one sales order line for a kit SKU turn into component picks, an assembly task and a finished kit license plate. Kits can be assembled to order or built to stock ahead of demand, and a built kit can be taken apart into its components again.

  • Auto-Replenishment Core plan and up

Auto-replenishment keeps pick faces stocked from reserve storage. Each pick face has a minimum and maximum quantity. When stock falls below the minimum, Waresify creates a task to move stock from a bulk or reserve location, holds that source stock for the task, and raises a purchase suggestion when no reserve stock exists.

  • Cycle Counting Core plan and up

Cycle counting lets you count part of the warehouse at a time while picking and putaway carry on. A supervisor scopes a count by zone, location or ABC class. Workers scan each location and count blind. Variances inside your tolerance close on their own, and the rest go to a supervisor to approve, recount or override.

Questions

Does Waresify connect directly to my online store?

Orders come in through your ERP or the REST connector. A direct connection to a store platform has not been announced.

Can I sell bundles without stocking them?

Yes. Assemble-to-order kits have no stock of their own. An order reserves the components, and workers pick and build the kit.
