SLA & Wave Management

Professional plan and up

SLA management gives sales orders a ship-by time, from your ERP or from rules you set. Waresify checks open orders on a timer, raises task priority and alerts the supervisor as a deadline nears, and records whether each order shipped on time.

How SLA tracking works in Waresify

The ship-by time comes from the ERP when it sends one. Otherwise the first matching SLA rule calculates it. An order with neither is untracked. A supervisor can override the time, and the override is logged.

SLA tracking never blocks an order. It moves work up the queue and makes lateness visible.

SLA statuses

  • On track: the deadline is not close.
  • At risk: within your threshold of the ship-by time.
  • Breached: past the deadline and not shipped.
  • Met or missed: set when the shipment is dispatched.
  • Exempt: a supervisor removed the order from tracking, with a reason.

How waves and priority respond

The evaluation runs every 5 minutes by default. When an order turns at risk, its task priority rises and the supervisor is alerted. With automatic wave release on, an at-risk order that is not yet in a wave is released into a new one.

Questions

What is an SLA in warehousing?

A service level agreement sets when an order must ship. Tracking it shows which orders are at risk of shipping late and how many met the deadline.

Does an SLA breach stop the order?

No. The order is still processed. A breach raises priority and alerts the supervisor.

Which plan includes SLA management?

SLA management is in the Professional tier, so the Professional and Enterprise plans include it. Pricing is announced before launch.
