Intelligent Task Assignment
Intelligent task assignment has Waresify choose which worker gets each task. It scores available workers on zone, current workload, task priority and travel distance, checks required skills and certifications, and offers or pushes the task to the best match. Supervisors can override any assignment.

How system-directed assignment works in Waresify
The module adds a system-directed mode next to the two modes every plan has: workers requesting their next task, and supervisors assigning every task by hand.
The engine runs when a task is created and when a worker finishes or is released from a task.
How workers are scored
Default weights, which you can change:
- Zone match: 40%
- Workload, fewer queued tasks scores higher: 25%
- Task priority, with a boost for at-risk and breached SLA orders: 25%
- Estimated travel distance: 10%
Offer or push
In offer mode the worker accepts a suggested task and can decline it once. In push mode the task is assigned and the worker starts it or flags a problem.
Tasks that need a skill, such as hazmat handling, only go to workers with a current certification. If nobody qualifies, the task waits and the supervisor is alerted.
Questions
What is system-directed task assignment?

Can a supervisor still assign tasks manually?
Yes. A supervisor can override any assignment in every mode.
Which plan includes intelligent task assignment?
Intelligent task assignment is in the Enterprise tier, so the Enterprise plan includes it. Pricing is announced before launch.
